HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAINING SOLUTIONS
ERGOSH Safety Management Services is regarded as a leader in providing practical health and safety training solutions. ERGOSH is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and is also approved by Worksafe Victoria to conduct Health and Safety Representative training specified under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004.
All ERGOSH trainers are experienced consultants with tertiary qualifications in health and safety providing advice to employers on a daily basis. This practical experience is shared with course participants to ensure they get the most out of the training experience.
ERGOSH scheduled courses include the 5-Day Health and Safety Course for Managers, Supervisors and Health and Safety Representatives (more info) and the 1-Day Annual Refresher Course for Health and Safety Representatives (more info). Both these courses are formally approved by WorkSafe Victoria.

In addition to a range of scheduled courses, ERGOSH can develop training courses to meet the specific needs of your workplace (i.e., Office Safety and Ergonomics, Manual Handling, Conducting Risk Assessments, Developing and Implementing an OHS Management System). ERGOSH is able to provide training at your premises where required.
Being an RTO ERGOSH is approved to deliver training in a number of Nationally Recognised health and safety units of competency. This can assist participants to obtain a Nationally Recognised qualification (more info).
ERGOSH's RTO Code of Practice and procedures relating to Complaints and Appeals, Recognised Prior Learning, Privacy, and Fees and Refunds can be accessed/downloaded by mouse clicking on the highlighted topic.
A two-hour Ladder Safety course has been developed for schools and over 2500 teachers, students, parents and contractors have completed the course so far. Training sessions are held at ERGOSH or can be conducted on-site. Other short courses include OHS briefing and information sessions for managers and supervisors.
